Shipping Scope
We ship to Spain (including Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla), Europe, and other continents. We do not ship to areas considered extremely hard to access or those with specific customs restrictions.
Delivery Times
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. The estimated delivery times are as follows:
National shipping (Peninsula): 2-4 business days.
Balearic Islands: 3-5 business days.
Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: 5-7 business days (delays may occur due to customs procedures).
Europe: 5-10 business days.
Other continents: 10-20 business days (depending on the destination).
Please note that delivery times may be affected by external factors such as holidays, customs, or logistical delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping cost is calculated based on the destination and the weight of the package. We apply the following rates:
Standard shipping: Variable according to weight and destination, indicated when placing the order.
Free shipping: Available on purchases over €50 for the peninsula.
Order Tracking
Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and the link to track your package through the corresponding courier company.
Delivery Issues
If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, contact us at [email] to manage the issue. In case of loss or damage during shipping, we will work with the courier company to provide a solution.
International Shipping and Customs
For orders outside of Spain, customers are responsible for any applicable customs taxes or duties. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Incorrect Address or Unclaimed
If the package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or because it was not claimed, the buyer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
Return Period
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following requirements:
Be in its original state, unused, and without signs of wear.
Retain the original packaging and all labels.
Not be a product excluded from return (see “Non-refundable Products”).
Return Process

We will provide you with the instructions for shipping the product to our address in Estepona, Málaga.
Once the product is received and verified, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Return Costs
If the return is due to our error (defective product, incorrect item, etc.), we will cover the return costs.
If the return is due to a change of mind from the customer, they must cover the shipping costs.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take between 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.
Non-refundable Products
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
Custom-made or personalized products.
Items on sale or clearance.
Personal hygiene or intimate care products.
Product Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for another, you must first return the original item and then make a new purchase.
