Rubén, also known as Skaisse, has been tattooing for over 16 years. He is now a tattoo artist in Estepona, but has been a resident and guest artist in studios around the world: Los Angeles, Berlin, Coruña, Granada, Barcelona, Madrid, Nuremberg, and Lisbon, among other cities.
After so much travel, he decided to open his own tattoo studio in Estepona to apply all those experiences and knowledge acquired over so many years. So if you have an idea that you’ve been thinking about, come to give it shape at Poniente Tattoo Studio.
Rubén comes from a generation of tattoo artists where versatility was the most valued. This gave him the opportunity to work with various styles from the beginning, allowing him to have a broad vision of tattoo culture to develop his personal style focused on black and grey, realism, and fine line.

In addition to tattooing, his training in Fine Arts has led him to participate in various painting exhibitions such as the Moment Festival or the 100th Anniversary of the Brotherhood of Love and Charity at the Málaga Municipal Heritage Museum.
The latter was curated by the artist and professor Pablo Alonso Herráiz and called ‘ Whoever has eyes to see, let them see’, a tribute to Saint Augustine. In it, Skaisse Guerrero presented his work ‘Second Heart’, alongside artists as renowned as Federico Miró and José Luis Puche.
This year he has been selected as the official painter for the Holy Monday poster for the Holy Week of 2026.
